Description of a person!

Lee Evans,

Today I’m going to talk about him because I think that he’s one of the funniest English comedians alive. His ways of making people laugh are very different from other comedians, more than anything it’s the way he moves around the stage.

He can make so many faces and when he walks he can do it in a way that just looking at him can make you laugh until you start to cry.

I like him very much because I think that the things he says are funny but they’re true, he talks about real thinks that have happened and he makes a big thing out of it, he is a very clever guy.

You just have to look at him and you just see that by nature his just a very funny guy. His first appearance is, a quite skinny guy with an average height but he has got the funniest face ever, he has got like a monkey face and of course when he makes even weirder faces it makes you burst with laughter.

He moves up and down the stage like a mad man, and he sweats so much, he’s always very good dressed with a suit and some nice shoes too, but by the end of every show it looks like he has gone in the shower because he sweats so much, it’s incredible!

I really recommend you to watch him act one day, it’s so funny!

Dear Mis Pintó,

I’m going to write to you about some of my different points of view about this high school, some good but also some bad.
First of all I do agree that “tamagotchis” have immensely improved the behaviour students and the organization of a lot of teachers.
Then, I do not agree with the various subjects that are obligatory, there are far too many subjects making it impossible to really learn and concentrate on your own specialized subjects.
Now, I would like to say that I really do think that there are too many hours, not giving us enough time.
Therefore after high school there is a lot of work, I really do think that you have to be strong minded because psychotically the work is quite hard.
I would be very pleased if you read my different points of view and then give you different ideas to improve if possible.

I look forward hearing from you.

Yours sincerely,

Robin Monod

Oral presentation

For this oral presentation I used a Power point that had a lot of images to try to impress more my presentation, I think it was an attractive presentation but simple.
When I was up there speaking about my holiday I made sure that I was making eye contact with everyone and I think that I wasn’t that static, I think that I did move my arms quite a lot even if I was very nervous.

I organized my presentation from what I did there in day 1 to the last day there, I organized in how I got there, the hotel, the beaches…
I didn’t have to look up for information or anything because it’s a personal experience so everything that I explained when I was there they where true facts. I did talk quite a lot of what I did there some things in details and other things more superficial because there wasn’t really a lot of time to explain it all in detail.

When I was talking I was trying my best to make myself understood as well as possible, I did have a summary of vocabulary and fraises, do I was really nervous. I think that I did repeat a lot of words, fillers like, and or so…
I don’t think I had a lot of trouble with my pronuntation, I think that I was quite clear, I did do some mistakes, but that just was because I was really nervous.
I did change a lot my voice so then they pay more attention to me and to make them laugh too, make it more interesting.

I really don’t know my mark, because I was so nervous but I don’t think it was that bad, I think I made myself understood so maybe an 8 if I’m lucky?

That’s what I hope!

After they stop fighting, when they get to Detroit , they find out that Trip did not stay on the phone long enough to give the radio station his information, forcing the station to give the tickets to the next caller
